We’ve just had an alarm & a doorbell camera installed by Scott & Jamie. We couldn’t recommend them enough, very professional, tidy and efficient. It’s not our first time using Scott, he serviced our previous alarm for us – hence why we’ve reused him again. Thanks again, really happy & feeling much more safe!
To start with they came out and gave us a quote, honest up front about what we had and how it worked. Told us what we could expect and how the cost would reflect this, very informative answered all our questions.
Come to installation, they turned up and cracked on early doors. Had a cuppa but only when offered. The original plan was to use the existing wiring, Scott didn’t like how it was done so decided against it on the fly. So they went above and beyond and installed all new wiring and protective tubing making it look truly next level. They explained everything about usage and showed me everything working. Truly 5 star work. Worth every penny.
Scott keeps you in the loop all the way through the process, good installation, clean and tidy when left. Had a few follow up questions which were handled really well, Scott was happy to help. Jason and Jamie are well trained and both are very polite. Totally recommend this company.
