We came across Abbotrack through a requirement to have the alarm system installed in our new build home serviced annually. Checking the renewal on our house insurance, I spotted that an annual service is a requirement in their terms and conditions, over looked in the first year. Scott and Jamie attended the property and conducted a thorough service on the installation at, what I considered, to be a very reasonable price – certainly by comparison to previous alarm servicing undertaken at our previous property.
Subsequent to the alarm service, we discussed our thoughts with Scot in respect of the installation of a new CCTV system. Again, we considered the price very reasonable having checked out the proposed equipment specification prior to giving the go-ahead.
Scot and Jamie worked efficiently throughout the installation and kept everything clean and tidy, explaining everything as they went along and provided “education” on the system after the installation to ensure we knew how to operate it.
We, as a retired couple, find it more and more difficult to find polite and efficient tradespeople and it was a delight to have Scot and Jamie in our home. This is a company that we thoroughly recommend.
