Once our monitoring station have ruled out a false alarm and established that you’re not at home, they will contact your chosen keyholder – this could be a friend, family member or neighbour.
Police Response
With this service our monitoring station don’t just call your keyholder, we’ll also call the police in the event of a confirmed intrusion.
Private Security Response
If your monitored security system sends an alarm, our monitoring station will dispatch a fully vetted SIA approved security patrol officer to investigate, secure the premises and call the police if necessary.
