Recently Scott fitted an alarm at our house. We are very impressed and pleased with all aspects of the job. On his initial visit, he listened carefully to our requirements. It was evident his responses were based on extensive knowledge. His Quote was very thorough and clear.. He fitted the alarm with minimum inconvenience to us. At the end of the installation he carefully explained the system. This wasn’t concluded because I had a prior commitment. Scott returned the following day, to conclude his explanation. In addition, he has contacted us to ensure that we are happy with the way everything is working. His customer care before, during and after the installation is of the highest quality.
